Let Every Heart Prepare Him Room: book review
Each day has a short reading from scripture, a prayer, some discussion starters, and some other suggested Scripture reading. The discussion hopefully will lead the reader and family into deeper discussions and reflection.
There are several places where family discussions and observations can be recorded. Sprinkled throughout the book are classic carols printed with their music and a brief history.
I am disappointed in the size of the book as this is meant to be read out loud to family with space to record comments. It is quite small and the binding is tight so the writer would have to write very small.
I think this book would be suitable for families with children ages 6-12. The format is appealing and the short readings easy to understand. I like that the book continues until the end of the year.
It is a beautifully presented book and would make a lovely gift.
Tyndale House Publishers has provided me with a complimentary copy of this book for review purposes. The review is my own opinion.
